The issue occurs when you log in to your Windows 10 PC. There is no task bar, no desktop background, and no icons. The only thing visible on the screen is the cursor. First, make sure your PC’s updates are caught up. Most likely, this will fix your issue, but if you don’t have the time, have updates turned off for some reason, or are unable to install some updates because of conflicts this work around will get you through.
